John Ducey is a municipal prosecutor in Ocean County and therefore under State law not allowed to represent defendants in any town in the County.
However he is available to represent you in all other courts in the State. As a prosecutor John is well versed in all aspects of municipal court from simple red light tickets through the more complex DUI, marijuana possessions and simple assaults.
These matters are handles on a flat fee basis so no matter how many times the matter is rescheduled by the Court you will not pay extra.
John is a Board of Trustee member of the New Jersey Municipal Prosecutor's Association.
